Draft product terms for early users. Not lawyer-final.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

• GrowMind provides software to monitor and control compatible grow boxes, plus consumer features (account, community tips, recipes, waitlist).
• Hardware purchase, shipping, and warranty are covered by the sales contract / campaign terms in force at purchase — not only this page.
• Features may change during beta / pre-launch.

3. Your account

• Keep credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account unless we agree otherwise.
• Do not abuse the API, scrape, or attack the service.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal cultivation advice as a service promise; follow local law.
No harassment, spam, or malicious tips in Community.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Devices & data

You own your plants and physical box. Telemetry and camera images you enable are processed to run the product.
Do not claim a device you do not own.

6. Intellectual property

GrowMind brand, software, and docs remain ours (or our licensors). You get a limited licence to use the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee yield, plant health, or uninterrupted uptime. Use sensors and common sense; you remain responsible for irrigation, power, and local safety.

8. Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, crop loss, or consequential damages from use of the software.

9. Termination

You may delete your account on getgrowmind.com. We may suspend or terminate for breach or legal risk.
Owned grow boxes must be transferred or handled with support before account deletion.
