This is a practical product notice for the consumer account on getgrowmind.com and the control service on kontrol.in.rs. It is not a substitute for lawyer-reviewed legal text.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), role
- Waitlist: email if you subscribe
- Community tips: tip text and display name if you post
- Device / grow data (control app): box serial, telemetry, alerts, camera frames you enable, commands
- Technical logs: IP (hashed where noted), browser/session, error logs needed to run the service
We do not sell your personal data.
2. Why we process it
- Create and secure your account
- Pair and operate grow boxes you claim
- Provide recipes, community, waitlist, and support
- Security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations
Legal bases (EU/EEA): contract (service), legitimate interest (security / product improvement), consent where required (e.g. marketing email).
3. Controllers & processors
- Hosting / servers (e.g. Contabo VPS)
- Push notifications (Firebase / FCM) when you enable them
- Optional AI providers configured by the operator
4. Retention
- Account data: until you delete the account or we close it for abuse
- Waitlist: until you ask removal or the campaign ends
- Telemetry / camera: per product settings and operational need
5. Your rights (GDPR-style)
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable.

6. Cookies / local storage
Session cookie for login; language preference; PWA/service-worker only on kontrol.in.rs (not on getgrowmind.com consumer shell).
